1- Press Start Button.
2- In Search Box Type PSR or psr.exe

3- Open The PSR Tool

4- Then Press Start Record
5- Open The Program or The Operation Cause The Problem You Face
6- After The Operation Finished Press Stop Record on The PSR Tool
7- The Tool Will Ask You to Type The Name and The Place You Will Save The Zip File of The Problem.
8- The PSR Give You a Zip File You Can Sent to  Technician or Friend to Help You in Solving The Problem. (This The Main Use of This Tool)

1- Extract This Zip File It's Give You MHTML File.
